The average offer for a home is more than twenty pages. Add in some quirks like wells, septics, rental leases, repair holdbacks, post-closing seller possessions, and you’re up over 30 pages of eye-rolling legal language easily. Call me a nerd all you want, but knowing every in and out of these forms is my JAM! Rest assured I will guide you through it all so that you don’t miss any important deadlines, or make a whoopsie that may cost you your hard earned earnest money.

Ever check those property searches so many times in one day you run out of things to look at? I get it. Many times, it takes a proactive approach to help find you the home you’re looking for. When we work together, I don’t just wait for you to send me a listing you saw online. We will actively market to all our contacts, local agents, and homeowners in your preferred neighborhoods to find a home that may not be listed yet.

Home Warranty

All buyers represented by me will receive a standard one year home warranty upon closing. Rest assured knowing most of your major appliances are covered while you transition into your new home. This has saved my clients THOUSANDS of dollars and helped replace hot water tanks, HVAC units, dishwashers, ovens, poor electrical, plumbing leaks, and so much more!
