If you’re interested in buying or selling a home with us - let’s get a quick call on the calendar!

For Buyers: Our initial phone call should be about 15 minutes. We will discuss major goals, financing options, and schedule a time to meet in person for a consultation.

For Sellers: Our initial phone call should be about 15 minutes. We will discuss details of your home, goals for selling, and schedule a time to meet at your home. After our phone call, we have a two-step seller consultation process.

STEP 1: We meet at your home for a walkthrough. I will ask many questions about your home (age of major systems, favorite parts, any repairs or work needing done) and we will walk through room by room taking detailed notes. I bring a pre-listing Seller Guide with me for you to keep and review - there will be some homework! I do NOT bring pricing info with me at this time.

STEP 2: We will meet at my office (multiple locations in WA & ID for convenience!) - ready to discuss all the knitty-gritty details! This is where we will dive in to homes sold in your neighborhood, pricing, timelines, repairs or improvements, and ultimately decide if we would like to work with one another.
