Budget

Your lender will give you an amount that you qualify for but only you can decide what's comfortable. Use my expertise to help narrow down your max price and hold you to it.

Documents

The average offer for a home is more than twenty pages. Depending on the type of home, different addendum may be needed to protect you as a buyer. I'm here to explain all of them.

Home Search

Have your own buyer's agent to be your direct point of contact for any home you want to look at. I can represent you on any home you see, regardless of which office is listing it.

Negotiation

The market is constantly changing. I'm here to help make sure you don't pay too much for a home and that important inspection items are addressed. Trust that I'll work to make sure your best interests are represented.

Escrow

There are many moving parts to a real estate transaction. I'll guide you through the escrow process and help you with all the little odds and ends that come up from the time of an accepted offer to the closing table. 

Home Warranty

All buyers represented by me will receive a one year home warranty upon closing. Rest assured knowing most of your major appliances are covered while you transition into your new home.
